SOFTWARE - DISPLAY
The Display Program contains features for performing simple too complex functions for all your geophysical data obtained from Century’s Multi-Parameter and Express Stack Logging Tools. Many features are entirely contained in the Display Software, and there are no additional costs for such items as Dipmeter Analysis, Acoustic Televiewer, Full Wave Sonic Analysis, Borehole Deviation and Oil/Gas Water Saturation Analysis. Outputting of files can be saved to Tiff Viewers, PDF Creators, LAS, LIS, SEGY and other data formats such as CSV. All Display presentations can be modified and saved, within an easy Windows driven operating system. Data can be printed as traditional continuous charts, and merged data showing log response, lithology, and well design can be outputted.
From simple printing features to complex log analysis functions are performed in the Display program. Change curves scales, filter points, or pen color colors with just a mouse click.

Graphic Outputs of the Final Presentation can be combined with Well Information, Well Design, Tool Information, Log Responses, Repeat Sections, all in final quality presentation.

Graphic Outputs allow the user to change color pallets, scales, and processing parameters. Automatic picking with the Dipmeter data. User interface easily processes the image data, and calculates the true dip and direction of the tadpoles.

Using the Compu-Dip Program, automatic picking of the 4-pad dipmeter is performed. This tool is useful in mining applications, where formation dip and direction is an important geo-technical applications for pit wall design and slope stability studies.

The final presentation shows formation dips with the traditional tadpoles and rose diagrams summarize the dip direction. A correlation curve shows how well the 4 pads log response agree with each other, and stick plots show the relative dip of the formation.

An additional step converts the 4 pads to “psedo miro-image” that aids in the interpretation and understanding formation changes.

The Micro-Imaging Tool is another type of geotechnical dip and direction, but with increased resistivity button 36 per pad, and 144 total, a much higher resolution image can be obtained.

Processing of the wave forms to assure the proper arrival times are done in the sonic processing menu. When using a Three or Four Receiver tool, additional processing is done to calculate the P and S wave velocity using Semblance Processing.

Lithology and Well Completion information is easily added to any log. Additional symbols can be added within the Lithology dialog box and saved with up to 120 lithology symbols.
