CENTURY WIRELINE SERVICES

Century logging services has been expanding our operations coverage area, and recently opened a new office in Penhold, Alberta.  From this new base, we will be providing logging services to new Coalbed Methane customers, Oil Sand customers near Ft. McMurray, and our Western Coal Markets in Alberta and British Colombia.    Our recent growth has allowed more logging units, and more varied logging tools for our service units.  We are now offering, compensated density, compensated neutron, dual induction, formation dipmeter and acoustic televiewer logs.   

In the Western US, Gillette and Sheridan, Wyoming are our service centers, with 8 operating logging units.  With the S-6500 logging units, we can now log deeper and faster, saving the customer rig time.  Our service growth has been over 40% the last two years, and seeing a similar growth in 2007.

 SPOOLED UP AND READY TO GO!

 Have you seen our new drawworks?  We have 4 models available from 300 meters (1000 feet) all the way up to 1800 meters (6000 feet).  We have recently completed a large build of these units, and are shipping to all parts of the world.   Recent sales include customers in the Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, Slovenia, and here in the US.

SYSTEM VI

Century's newest logging equipment is our  System VI and has been a great seller in 2004.  This new telemetry system replaces the MPTC and will operate with a  laptop or desktop computer with an Ethernet connection.  Faster data transmission will also allow faster logging speeds on many of the Compu-Log tools, such as the 9800 and 9801 acoustic televiewer, 9320/9321 sonic tools, and 9411 dipmeter.  Fixed price upgrade of $ 800 for the old Compulog V fast tools (previously listed)  is necessary to be compatible with System VI.  Follow the link for additional information.
